Does anyone else like these games? I'm just wondering, because I rarely see anything about them in this forum.

Of course! Dragon Warrior is more popular in Japan than the overhyped Final Fantasy series ever thought of being. Can't wait for Dragon Warrior VIII.

I had only read last week about the 'Dragon Quest' being released later in Japan for GBA... never played a DW game actually but the GBA game sounds okay and will have to wait to see if it makes it here to aussieland!

What exactly was this title? Becuse if it was "Dragon Quest", wow... Never thought that they would re-re-release a game so fast. They just released a GBC version of DW 1 & 2 (in one game cartridge) 2 or 3 years ago. Anyway, I'm a rabid DW 3 addict. Shame that I've never gotten to play 4, 5, or 6.

*wishes he could play DW4 legally*

I liked it, especially Dragon Warrior III and IV (number 1 was good but it was too linear, I mean, the final battle is just attack and heal, attack and heal, attack and heal, you don't get any duller than that)

I've played through 1,2, and 4. I'm going through five right now(not quite leagally though, but that can't really be helped). Hopefully I'll get around to 3, it looks like a really awesome game.

I never finished the first one and haven't played it for a very long time, I haven't played much of the fourth (I got to that point where you're supposed to use some shoes to fly to a tower, then wanted to play it, but couldn't for some reason), don't own II and III, but Dragon Warrior Monsters is great.
