FFTA Help: Some Borzoi Mission

I posted this in another topic, but it happened to be the last post on a page, and everybody thinks that they have read everything when they see a new page pop up. Blargh, I'll stop ranting.

Does anyone know how to get the "Borzoi Plan" rumor to appear? I want an angel ring for Scouring Time Part 2, and I know that the mission after the one unlocked from the rumor has an angel ring to steal. Anyway, I checked in my strategy guide ( [img]redface.gif[/img] ) and the enemies are supposed to be push-overs for my characters. So, I'm a bit confused. I supposedly should've done the mission ages ago. Not to mention several other missions are like that too. Should be very easy for me, but there is some rumor required....
