| Guest Posts: n/a | It depends, like T2K said Bio is the only real useful status attack when it comes to bosses. Dispel is useful (You are NOT going to use Haste!). Status moves on yourself are great. Haste is a life saver. |

| Guest Posts: n/a | It's partially the reason why I like FF8 so much. I love junctioning them onto status attacks (defence later should just be bothered with ribbons..). Sleep in that case rocks. *_*() I never really use the actual spells. Just like I don't regularly use attack spells outside of Ultima/Meteor/Other similar things. |

The only time I used some status effect regularly was in Dragon Warrior, when I used Stopspell to keep those Star Wyverns from using Healmore before I kill 'em. Poison rarely does more damage than if you had just attacked again. Blind just prevents a few hits even if they use physical attacks. Silence is more handy, but, again a dead mage can't cast spells. Sleep and stop don't work when you want them to. Slow is good, but again, unless it's a lo-o-ong battle, it won't do that much good. Haste and regen are great, but they're only worth casting in long or tough battles. |

I find haste on myself very useful, and statis ailments scarecly work on bosses, but if they do, they can work wonders. |

I don't bother with poison and mute and crap like that... too much time! Marioman's EASY Trivia! MARIOMAN WILL CONTROL YOUR MINDS!!! |

| Guest Posts: n/a | The only spells that I use often are generally spells which augment my characters, and time magic. Deal more damage while the enemy is slowed. |

| Guest Posts: n/a | They all suck. Only time I abused 'em was when I had to steal items from enemies and the sons of *****es weren't giving them up. Vanish, Doom, Ultima, cures and the elements. All you need. Flare and Meteor had their moments. |
