| Join Date: May 2001 Location: It\'s round on the sides and high in the middle Posts: 3,404 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts | This may or may not be a good place for this topic as I'm not at all sure that this game was made by Square or Enix. But the RPG forum is dead, so I'm puting it here. Years ago I heard about an RPG being released for the SNES. The most interesting and unique thing I remember about it was that it took place on the inside of a hollow planet. It still had forests and towns and oceans, but all of it was on the inside of the planet, and it gave the world map an interesting shape. The world map itself was done with a special form of mode7 that made the horizon curve upward, giving you the feeling that you were walking around on the inside of a balloon. Does anyone have any idea what game I'm describing? |
