Pre-order Kingdom Hearts 2

EBgames claim their shipment will be on 30th December 2004. Video Game Central, on the other hand, is playing it safe with their "4th Quarter 2004". If EBgames is correct, this could mean that the game is going to be released globally on the same day, because the Japanese release was set for winter of this year.

The story of Kingdom Hearts II will take place several years after the end of Kingdom Hearts I. Sora, Donald, and Goofy are joined by a Jedi-cloaked Mickey Mouse as they continue their adventure into other worlds to fight the evil. Whether or not Mickey will be a part of the playable characters, remains to be seen as the footage shown was strictly taken from cut scenes without a hint of gameplay; Though it was revealed that Sora and other characters will see costume redesigns to solidify the game's more advanced timeline

Square Enix dev-team members have already been credited as saying that Kingdom Hearts II will answer several of the other games' lingering mysteries and expand upon the identity of the mysterious figure seen in the special video ending from Kingdom Hearts Final Mix.

OMG, I can't believe you can pre-order it already. I've (I'm sure thousands or probably more have also) been waiting so long for KH2 to come out. I'm so excited I'll gonna end up pre-ordering it right away, I won't mind waiting a few months at least I'll know I'll be eventually playing it.

If I weren't saving up for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic for my new computer, I'd preorder it right now!

I didn't like the original Kingdom Hearts enough to preorder. Aside from Neverland, I found the game to be strictly mediocre.

I'll rent this new one first.

Actually, Im pretty sure it will only take place only one year after Kingdom Hearts. Sora will only be 15. Whatever it is, this is old news to me. [img]tongue.gif[/img] I already preordered it.

KH was a good game as far as gameplay, but the story was awful.

I might get KH2, depends.
