Character of the Sometime: Q

This forum suffers from much near-death. I must do a Character of the Sometime.

Q is perhaps the best character in the entire Star Trek universe, or at least the funniest. Discuss his awesomeness.

(Note: I will not do any Enterprise characters, because everyone knows that Enterprise is teh uber sux0rz)
