Help Wanted

I was surfing on SMBHQ, when I noticed a "Help Wanted" sign. Desperate to work on SMBHQ, I decided to apply. After seeing that you had to use HTML coding, I want to know something. I only want a person who works at SMBHQ to answer this question.
Do you HAVE to rebuild the place from scratch? Can you just continue the site with it's old design? If someone quits Mysteries, than can't the new guy just continue? Or do you really have to rebuild it?

Depends on the skills.

Oh, and for the record, if I stop doing Mysteries, nobody else is even going to think about touching it.
