But I like chasing the Airship down.

I would grab the Whistles and the Anchors then proceed to not use them for the rest of the game. I just liked the fact I possessed some rare items in my reserve.

I am rather fond of World 3. Solely because everyone else I know hates it.

Watching others scream in Boss Bass's presence just gets me every time.

Damn you Glux for mentioning a no item run. Now I feel I gotta do one. X.X

But yeah I don't like the whistles, all the levels are really cool with the exception of a few such as the underwater level in world 7.

But nothing beats the final level in world 5. Why not make an air level where the level quickly moves automatically? Why not make small platforms that are hard to jump on? Why not make them move really fast? Why not make it so that if you don't make the initial jump you're consumed the end of the screens? Why not include any power up boxes? AND while we're at why don't we throw some fiery flying chain chomps that shoot you with fireballs?

I've always skipped 6 I'm afraid. But I sometimes go through 5 twice to stock up on flying items.

No-whistles runs take me about two hours. It's a fair time.

I suppose you favor traction.

How can you not like Ice Land? It has the Hammer Suit, for crying out loud!

It riduclusly Hard, and I could never adjsut to the Slipperiness well. I have beaten World 6, but never on the same play through as the rest of the game.

World 6 gets me a lot, too.

But it's World 7 that tests my patience.

World 6 is decent, but it's nothing special.

I dunno about you guys, but I have favorite levels rather than favorite worlds. 6-5, for example, is awesome, as is any level where the exit can't be trivially found.

I tried playing this game 3 weeks ago when I was on vacation at my dad's on the NES but my cartridge seems to be dying. It bugged out twice within 10 minutes.

The only downside of the ability to Save data is there is no reason to even try doing ti in 1 play sitting.
