Okay... let's sort this out, for as long Mario has been in the video game business, it's 20-21 years (give or take a year, but add the amount of years to his age count). So far he has not had a midlife crisis, so he's about 30-33 years old, I'd say... But who knows????

Well if Mario is 31( i think that's his age) then Luigi is 29. Miyamoto SAID he is younger, and you can very well assume he is 2 years younger. He was made in 1983, and not 1981 like his brother. Do NOT say they are twins. It's untrue.

About the twin thing. I don't know. After YI, the "when were they born thing" got outta hand. I don't know if they ARE twins, cuz that game sorta jacked up the story. I will continue to believe my old theory, but hey Bandit, I guess you're probably right.

Total twins, the only reason mario is fatter is bcuz he accidently "clinged" to the stork as he brought them over, or lotsa pizzas but who really cares? no one thats who! i need to lie down....

okay the parters in time theory works hmm in that game the brothers as babies were probably like 2 because they could say a few things but they couldn't talk that well. and peach couldn't talk at all so that makes her about a year or so younger than them, and since the stork brought the brothers over at the same time then that makes them the same age (give or take a few seconds).

okay I've got it the brothers are 22 and Peach is probably 20-21, that would also make Bowser about 23-24 because he was still in diapers in partners in time AND yosi's island but he could speak well in both so that puts him at 3 during yoshi's Island and I figure that there was probably a one year gap between YI and partners so that would put bowser at 4 years old during partners so yeah heas about 24 in the present.

so yeah all the main characters of the mario series are really young.

Actually, Bowser was NOT in diapers in PIT. His language improved ALOT between YI and PIT. In YI he had trouble pronouncing most words. In PIT, his speech was perfect.

I've got it! it wasn't a one year gap it was 3 years, putting bowser at 6 the brothers at 3 and peach at 2 because I don't think that Peach had been bourn yet during the events of YI.

so that makes the brothers 23, Peach 22 and Bowser 26.
