^Regardless, why hold a mod election, if you guys were just going to automatically select MM anyway? That makes no sense to me.

Not only that, It makes me feel kinda robbed. I DID win that election, after all. Why not, like, have co-mods, or something? That way, the admins can have the person THEY wanted to win, and the members can have the person THEY wanted to win.

But, hey, I'm gonna stop complaining now. Congrats anyway.

^Yes, but I still find it rather unfair that the votes meant absolutley nothing. If the winner of the election didnt win, then why hold an election? It's nothing but a waste of time, and a way to get people's hopes up for nothing.

Yeah, I won a few elections by votes then lost in the mod forum before I got my mod position.

And I only got Wrestling modship because Nomyt wanted the PlayStation Forum, heh.

There's been far more cases than just this where the public election's result didn't come through either at the Admin's discretion or after it was moved to the Mod forum.

Shane called the election before we discussed MM being given the position, due to this forum being made as an alternative to the SMBHQ Main forum, and MM already Modding there. It wasn't to mislead anyone. It's happened before.

There's a difference. I wasnt ahead by "a few votes". I was the only damn candidate who HAD VOTES (aside from Jay's vote for Saeed, which, was obviously a joke). The results were 7-0-0-0-0. Honestly, the elections should be scrapped, and a couple people should apply for the job, and the admins should choose.

Wait...that's pretty much whats going on, since the elections dont mean jack squat. What's the point in having a democracy, if the people's choice is meaningless?

Before I shut up, I have one last question. Why don't you guys have faith in me? I'm loyal to the site, and I'm on just about every day.
