there is none. Anyway, welcome to VGF!
There is one, but you need to get a certain amount of stars. A light will shine from the castle ceiling. Look into it.(you must be Mario)

Oh, you mean the switch to activate the cap blocks. It's the same as the Flying Cap, what ^ said. It turns them all on. The other two Hat Switches are just bonus stars now.
