Waluigi possibly a part of Wrecking Crew?

There is a lot of things that point to Waluigi being connected to Wrecking Crew. In dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix, his theme song is "destruction dance", the remixed theme song to the NES game of Wrecking Crew. In Mario Superstar baseball, he throws two balls, one being an eggplant. Also, in order for waluigi to do this he must first obtain the eggplant(his powerup item). Also, on the game, the Logo "Waluigi Flankers". On that logo, he is wearing shades and has a laugh just like foreman spike in Wrecking Crew '98. Also, in Mario Kart DS, Waluigi's default kart is the golden mantis which was a construction site crane.

^That is from Mobile Golf, made in 2001. The final appearance of Foreman Spike. And he looks like a fatter, bearded version of Waluigi.

I don't believe that Spike is Waluigi, but I do believe that Waluigi is based off Foreman Spike.

I doubt it.

Spike (like Pauline) is still in Brooklyn. But, who knows? Nintendo threw out the whole Brooklyn thing when they put Pauline in Mario VS Donkey Kong 2. Heck, they threw it out when they made SMW2.

i'm just waiting for the time when they make another wrecking crew game...and not surprisingly it will have waluigi in it. They've always been planning characters before planned releases of games. Take Roy for instance. He appeared in super smash bros melee before appearing in a fire emblem game.
