YDKJ 2: VGF Edition!

Hello everyone! Welcome to the all-new YDKJ: VGF Edition!!! I am your host, PenguinMan26. The rules of the game are simple. Someone or the winner of the last question picks one of three categories, and I give you a question. They are worth $1000, $2000, or $3000 in the first round, and the values are doubled in round two. Whoever answers the question first correctly will get the money. If you miss it before the correct one has been posted, I take some dough. Now, whoever posts first gets to choose the category.

OK, the category of this question is "Attack of the 50-Foot Mario." And it's worth $2,000. Ok, In Super Mario Bros., whenever Mario grabs a Super Mushroom his height doubles and his power increases. If Mario is initially 5 feet tall, how many mushrooms would he have to eat to be more than 75 feet tall?

OK, next category is "It's Not as Tricky as it Seems..." and it's worth $2000! In the game SSX Tricky every character has their own special trick, called an "uber-trick", that gives you a ton of points and looks awesome! The question is which was Moby's unique uber-trick?

FredFan got it! The Superman Barspin in where Moby lays flat in the air, grabs his board, spins it one way, grabs it and spins it the other way, and lands, but only if you have lots of air. If you hit the ground without finishing the trick, hope that the local hospital has just received a whole lot of blood donations...
