How do you make a comic strip?

Well our site is lacking comic strps and I just thought id make some. But i dont know how. Can you guys help me?

Use paint or photoshop, make some frames, and upload your files (Jpeg, BMP, I suggest GIF) to your site in HTML and you're set. You probably WILL want to make a seprate link to it, because no one wants to see some comic in the middle of your news text or whatever.

I've never actually done it before, or made a website, but I'm pretty damn sure that's how it works. They'res probably a whole different command or something that you must use to make the images go up.

Pick up a pencil, draw two stick figures, make up some witty dialogue, then scan and upload.

I personally don't use the ROMs, instead taking pictures from sprite sheets. Your choice, though.
