SMBhq Chat in danger of closing

I was just checking through the logs and the last time there was a good chat session in the SMBhq chatroom was last November.

I have been trying to boost attendance without avail.

If the SMBhq chatroom doesn't get a steady flow of regular visiters sometime soon, I am just going to presume that nobody wants to go and will just throw in the towel on the chatroom.

I think what we should do is just try to set up one big day to have a chat, and see what people think. Something that I can hype up on the Main page for a month or so. I havn't been able to update recently though because of school and the fact that last sunday my computer blew up. But I'd like to see the chat get some good use, since you've put so much work into it, Sean. I think the main problem is that during the school year, people tend to be busy.-jay

It's not closed, and I would be perfectly happy to keep it open if no one else wants to. After all, my computer doesn't "explode" or "die".

No, I don't think it's dead yet. Sean Kelly still runs it. The main problem is getting people to use it. Which is why we're having Chat o' Rama.-jay
