I don't believe the fact of Mario and Luigi's last name being Mario. Besides, most main characters in unrealistic video games don't even have a last name.

...However, I cannot find a last name fitting enough to belong to Wario. The SSBM trophy of Waluigi says their relationship is unknown, NOT brothers.

If you people forgot, Wario is Mario's twin brother. That means that his last name is Mario.

As for Waluigi, a rumor started that he is in fact Luigi's twin brother. Making him a Mario too.

Not quite. The baby is Baby Luigi. Ever beat the game? even if you haven't, in SMA3 on the map where you pick the worlds(NOT the level map), the baby screamin has a green hat on.
