| Guest Posts: n/a | Most of the more recent Mario games have something paint realted in them. In SM64, you jumped into paintings inside Peach's Castle to transport Mario to different worlds. In Luigi's Mansion, you seal ghosts into paintings and have to free Mario from one. In Super Mario Sunshine, there's paint everywhere! What's with the paint theme lately? |

| Guest Posts: n/a | Mmm, never really noticed that before, though Mario Paint, and SM64 aren't too recent.... |

| Guest Posts: n/a | Yes, but SM64 is probably where it began. Mario Paint is just a drawing game or something. Also, SM64 is connected to Luigi's Mansion and Super Mario Sunshine. That must mean there might be something more to this paint them than some coincidence. |

| Guest Posts: n/a | Mario games also have a thing with paper themes. Paper Mario, Yoshi's Story, Mario Party 3... "Making Fun of the World of Mario One Panel at a Time" Super Dumb Bros! ![]() |

| Guest Posts: n/a | Hmm, paint & paper. Is Miyamoto trying to teach us art class? And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

| Guest Posts: n/a | I don't consider Paper Mario to be a true Mario Games because it's made by a different company. Yoshi's story isn't really paper. Infact, alot of it is clothe. The whole game takes place in a pop-up book. Hence, Yoshi's Story. It also has little to do with SM64 and and is actually a direct sequel to Yoshi Island (Which is why Bowser's a baby in it). | Guest Posts: n/a | Super Mario Land wasn't made by Shiggy Myamoto. Do you consider THAT a true Mario game? |
