but techincally, they were in a Nintendo game. Nearly all of the enemies you see walking around are Goomba's and Koopa paratroopas and the such. And nearly all the inhabitents are Mushroomers. the only areas that aren't is Monstro Town (only 1 there), Moleville, and Nimbus Land. The only TRUE Square character is culex.....
