Wich game do u like best? super mario 64? or super mario sunshine? plz write the reasons u prefer one game over the other.

Mario 64 has a better storyline.

i too would say Super Mario64.

1) the world seemed bigger to me, more complicated, and had more interest in them

2)the whole tropical thing is ok, but it gets borring.i remember LOVING THE MOUNTAIN level and tiny hude island on SM64.

3)i hate FLUDD.it works just OK in the game, yet it's far from the basic mario concept.

4)the RPG elements.talking with people?why?

5)the graphics. Well sms is FAR better than SM64, BUT at super mario 64's time those graphics were TOP, while SMS is easily one of the simplest graphics on the cube.besides, i hate that semi-cel shaded look of them.

6)mechanics.the camera in SMS is bad.not too bad, yet compared to SM64 its not good at all.besides, in SM64 u have the Mario-cam which zooms very closely to mario's body - i like that- in SMS u dont have that.

7)the gameplay.well SMS alone is a fine game, but here, there is a comparison going on.so, lets start. the red coin hunt in SMS is BORING, specially the ones that involve a time limit.i HATE the blue coins , and since there are only 6 levels..well, that makes too many objectives for each level (plus a secret one).Plus, the COINS that are the core of mario games, are ...neglected!there's only about 105 in every level.

8)Yoshi! that's a good thing right?! well i thought so on the start , but in SMS yoshi is really kinda useless (he would be completely if there werent any objectives related to yoshi's abilities).in SM64 he did practicaly nothing, which is better than being a royal pain while feeding and not-swimming.his best part was in SMWorld anyway.

9)THE BOSSES! man...that last boss is bad-gameplay right in the plate in SMS.

10)fun factor.well the fun in SM64 was to see MARIO's world (more or less) in 3D and REALLY get into it.that's not the case for SMS.SMS is not a good a mario game.maybe the less-fun mario platform game ever.there isnt really any gameplay or momentos that remind u of a real mario game but in 3D (the warp levels dont cound really, cuz they are the only TRUE mario levels).

I've only played a demo of SMS once in Wal-Mart, and I voted Super Mario 64.
