So far, Nintendo has changed SOMETHING about the SMA games. I haven't played the third yet, so let me ask you this: what, if anything, has changed from the Super NES version to the GBA version? I don't really see any need for change in YI, since it is such a great game as it is.

Non-pointless differences are in bold.

Different map layout.
Baby Mario's voice toned down.
Shy Guys voice out when popping out of pipes.
Yoshi emits vocal audio when controlled.
Six NEW stages.
Special ending when obtaining 1000 points.
New ilk of Bullet Bill added.
Controls are different.
Grinders* no longer make the classic "defeat" sound when attacked. (Excluding stomping)
Symptoms of the Fuzzies are now temporary.
Different falling noise heard when a Shark Chomp plummets.
Different pause screen.
Number of 1-ups are now saved.
The Sleep Mode is usable.
Chomp Rocks now do no harm when getting caught between one and a solid wall.
Bombardier Boo Guys now have an added "confused" reaction when Ground Pounding.
Dizzy Dandies emit a different sound when colliding with a wall.
Baby Bowser's face is displayed on a completed file instead of Kamek.
Unlocking the Bonus Game feature has changed.
No 2P Bonus Game play.
Certain Message Blocks now say different things.
Message Blocks are not affected by Eggs.
New Kamek intro for Naval Piranha.
One Kamek card instead of 3 in the Drawing Lots bonus game.
Bandit runs away when he loses in a Mini-game.
No "defeat" sound when turning an enemy into a Star with a Green Watermelon.
Status displayed when pressing SELECT.
Variety of new sounds added and/or replaced.

Good enough?...

O_O Nice AS!

I'm never gonna get the 1000 points at this rate. I've killed Yoshi so many times, it hurts just to turn the game on.

Thank you for posting what changed, I was wondering myself. I knew a few but not all of those. Once again, thank you.
