Who is Mario's biggest and coolest villan?

Please tell me who you think Mario's toughest villan is along who you think his coolest villan is and what game he was in.I think Mario's toughest enemy is Giga Bowser from SSBM.But since SSBM isn't a Mario game i'd say the powered up Bowser on Paper Mario or Bowser from Super Mario Sunshine.His coolest enemy yet is Shadow Mario from SMS.(who is actually Bowser JR. in disguise.)To bad he wasn't going to be a main villan.

Petey Pirhana in Super Mario Sunshine is big and easy to beat but otherwise powerful.

Bowser and Smithy are the biggest, but I think The Wario Bros., Bowser, and Kamek are the coolest.
