Malon wears a pendant with Bowser's face engraved on it.The windows in the castle courtyard have a pic of Bowser.I dunno about the replica.

Well, there are 96 exits, but many levels have two of them.

There are 75 actual levels. If you meant the number thing. (exits) Then it is 96.
