Umm...they're two totally different games, you can't really compare them. An RPG and an Adventure/Platformer/Whatever...but anyway, SMB3 because it's one of my top 3 favorite Mario games and I also hated SMRPG.

Lets see...

SMB3 has 8 worlds, the ability to carry items for your pleasure, items uniqe to the whole mario world, those special ways to get more items and lives, and an overused storyline.

SMRPG has fully explorable worlds, new and nostalgic enemies, new, old, and odd allies, cool mini-games, good graphics, odd items, and a not-so-interesting storyline.

To me, this one is a toss-up (flips a coin). I guess its SMRPG.

Super Mario RPG is better! It is like, the greatest RPG ever(Okay, greatest I've played) and the best I've played for Super Nintendo.

Is this about the Super Mario Advance 4 argument that's going on at several sites?

Well, Super Mario Bros. 3 is one of the most popular Mario games ever, so is Super Mario RPG. I think the purpose of this topic is to see which of these two great games is better. (And if you don't believe me about the Super Mario RPG being as popular, if not more popular than Super Mario Bros 3, just go on Yahoo and search for Super Mario RPG, you will find a LOT of reults.)
