Luigi doesn't hate Mario. And Mario flaming. I think this is a Neglected Mario topic.

Wario could just do whatever he did in SML2 to beat Mario. If I'm correct, Wario's the only "villian" in the Mushroom World that has defeated Mario. Wario seems to have lost interest in conquering Mario Land though.

Who said anything about Luigi? It was Waluigi that was mentioned.

Bowser: Make sure the place they fight in doesn't contain anything that can be used against him.

Wario: Shatter Mario's arm in an arm wrestling contest (& then swipe Mario's wallet).

Donkey Kong: Invite Mario, Peach, Daisy, Luigi & Pauline to appear on the Jerry Springer show.

Axem Rangers: Go on a quest to find some ancient power that'll make them strong enough to defeat their enemies (That's what the rest do!).

Wart, Smithy, Tatanga & Chill Bully: Form a barbershop quartet. The sheer shock of this will give Mario a fatal heart attack.

Waluigi: Tie Mario's shoelaces together.
