I'm watching the live-action one right now, and although the personalities of Mario and Luigi have been switched and the story is only loosely inspired by the games, I look at it as a sci-fi comedy, and I like it.I think it's funny, anyway. The anime one is a lot better, though. Luigi acts a lot like Wario, but the setting is the actual Mushroom Kingdom, and the story sticks closer to the games. There's a little emotion in there, as well, with Mario's crush on Peach throughout. And the ending was surprising. So, I enjoy the anime film much more, although the 1993 film is funnier and pretty unpredictable. |

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

I mean, it's no 'Ben-Hur', but then, not every movie has to be. __________________ Boo--the only dude bad enough to rescue the president |
