Luigi's Shadow?

in Luigi's Mansion, theres a point in the game where his shadow hangs from a noose, or something like that. Ive never seen it. Does anyone have any info/pics on it?

In the telephone room when Luigi's on the phone. Just standing in front of it won't work. Wait for the lightning to flash.

Luigi's shadow wasn't hanging by a noose. It just looks like it was.
