Mario Comics!

I think they are splendid. I own a few original Mario comics, that live in my dark draw, just waiting to be read again.

It also features one of the first appearances of Princess Peach Toadstool's father, the king of the Mushroom Kingdom!

I used to have a hardback collection of those. I always liked 'the Mario Bros. Museum of Plumbing'. And Mario's obsession of Dirk Drain-Head was always funny.

As good as those were, however, they can't stand up to 'Super Mario Adventures' 3 years later.

Someone should petition Nintendo to reprint the comics: Nintendo Comics System, Super Mario Adventures, Super Metroid, ect. in a series of trade paperbacks or something.

oh yeah, i have one of valiant mario comics. i also have a valiant zelda comic, and a valiant captain N comic.
