^ I almost took it with a straight face. Almost. Juuust caught myself before you called it. Then gave a smirk, but still decided Waluigi is okay.

Yeah but not counting Superstar Saga I think the last game they were in was Mario's Safarie, so it was still a very long break before they reappeared. i'd love to see the koopa kida around more they were fun bosses and the names were kinda funny as well.

^ The purple thing?

It looks to me like some kind of spell. In fact, it looks like he's swinging a magic rod or something.

Those Koopa Kids sure seem popular here, but I think they are mediocre. Surely better than Baby Bowser/Bowser Jr. though.

It's probably mostly nostalgia. I remember bopping all seven of those Koopa brats as a kid, before they all got molded into one character.

And they were all more interesting than Bowser Jr., honestly.

I'd say it's partly from the memories of all the fun to be had with SMB3 and SMW back in the day along with possible help from the old Mario cartions baised of said games. Though that's just a guess on my part.

- You stupid dog!

Val beat me to the punch.

Also now that I think about it the little info blurbs that SMW gave were kinda funny as well.

How the **** does the screenshot not prove anything for you?

It's clearly Morton Koopa Jr, in the NSMB style. I don't see how that's not proof. Third Party Sources are mainly what you're gonna get after E3, dude.

also, the Koopa Kids were just...neat. I mean, they were Bowser's [i]children[i], and all of them had distinct personalities and were just a lot of fun. A lot people liked them because of the Super Mario World cartoon, too, which is legit. But then they just kinda disappeared, and people wanted them back...and now we're getting them back, and that's pretty damn awesome.

Plus, they have a lot of backstory that's never been explored.

It looks great, but I hope it comes out with more original playable characters. Maybe unlockable characters?

I never understood if Bowser Jr. is actually Bowser, thanks to Yoshi's Island. Nintendo wouldn't mind breaking the rules and having Bowser aide himself in NSMB, so it really is confusing.

Bowser Jr. from what I'm to understand is his eigith kid who first came around via Mario Sunshine and up untill SuperStar Saga and now NSMBW took the place of the Koopa kids.
