Mario Character Of The Week #1

Sorry for no pics. Something won't let the pics I send to VGF dissapear. Anyway, this week let's talk about...well...Mario, of course. Next is ?????.

Ahh, yes Mario(Debut Donkey Kong, 1981) is a very popular character. One that changed video games forever. It seems like if Mario weren't made, Nintendo would still be making those cards*. Anyway, then in 1983, there was a new Mario arcade game called, Mario Bros., earlier called, Pipe Jump. After that went through, Mario got launched up BIG time in 1985, when Super Mario Bros. came out. It was the first appearence of the Gooomba, Koopa Troopas,Hammer Bros., and Bowser, earlier named King Koopa.(He reminds me of King Kong.) Anyway, so Mario spirruled in entertainment, and soon enough, Super Mario Bros. 2 came out. And the 3, and all the others right up to Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Well, that's all I got. Actually, i've got alot more. But I can't continue.

Also, I know this is like a copy of Metal Mario's, but it's not. He's doing all of the video game characters.

I'm only doing Mario characters.

Cranky Kong is a Mario character.

nada. no. nein. nyet. Come up with something original, bud, or at least make a topic for another game series in its appropriate forum, like Sonic or Zelda.

And for the sake of reference, Mario being a Donkey Kong character doesn't make Donkey Kong characters Mario characters. All the same, the link is there, and that's good enough for me.
