Here's a summary of the events that took place. The stage, randomly selected, is Hanenbow (the weird Japanese one with all the leaves to stand on). Peach has an epic fail almost right away as she strikes Zelda once, then falls off the lower central leaf and is unable to save herself. (Peach -1) Peach and Zelda skirmish on the lower left leaf for a prolonged period of time, racking up each other's damage. Finally they jump back to the central tree, and each catches a falling Dragoon piece. After a brief scuffle, Zelda steals Peach's Dragoon fragment, and also grabs the third, succeeding in piecing together the dreaded dreadnought. Peach flies up off the screen in a successful evasion, however, and Zelda's little air raid is a complete misfire. More jumping around (with Zelda's teleportation ability and Peach's parasol, there's a lot of that), and Zelda snatches up a Cracker Launcher and completely spazes out, hitting everything except Peach. Peach, for her part, grabs a Fire Flower but doesn't attack with it. Instead she just dances around while Zelda teleports herself out over the water and falls to her doom. (Zelda -1) Upon re-entering the stage, Zelda turns into Shiek and Peach finally opens up with her Fire Flower. Shiek scarfs up a plate of spicy Curry, however, and fights fire with fire, first propelling Peach clear across the stage, then delivering unto her a high kick that KO's her into the background. (Peach -2) Meanwhile, a Smash Ball has appeared, but Shiek just stands there and looks at it, allowing a returning Peach to crack it open and execute her Final Smash, sending Shiek to lullaby land. Instead of attacking the helpless Shiek, Peach takes time to gather up peaches, and when Shiek awakes the fight continues. In the ensuing struggle, Peach almost succeeds in spiking Shiek right off the bottom of the screen, but Shiek recovers with a teleport. After another hectic scuffle, Peach gives Shiek a taste of her own medicine, high-kicking her right out of the match. (Zelda -2) Peach and Shiek jump around the stage a bit more, taking potshots at each other. Their damage remains about equal. It's toe-to-toe! Surely this duel can end only in the most spectacular manner possible! .....Or not. In the end, Shiek falls and dies, giving Peach the match with a ribbon and bow attached. WINNER: PRINCESS TOADSTOOL ![]() |

It's time for Nintendo's two biggest heavies to battle it out for the undisputed right to the title of King of Evil. Bowser VS Ganondorf VS ![]() Discuss who you think will win this match within the parameters of SSB Brawl, as well as who you believe would win in a "real" duel between the two villains. Then I'll fire up my copy of Brawl and have them battle it out. Then I'll provide you with a summary of the match. The rules are: 1. All participants are controlled by the CPU, and are set on Level 9. 2. All items are active, and set on HIGH. 3. All matches are stock matches, with each participant being allotted three lives. 4. The stage, unless otherwise noted, will be selected randomly. |

While he's quite slow last time I checked Bowser wasn't exactly winning any foot races against Sonic. As for a fight without the limitations of Brawl, Ganondorf has the edge here as well, While Bowser can be quite the aggrovating boss at times Ganondorf has always required certain items to ensure his defeat and I don't think that the King of Koopas will be making use of the Light Arrows, Mastsword, or Silver Arrows anytime soon. Now he could make use of the White Sword so he does have a shot at victory. - You stupid dog! |
