Theories for Super Mario Galaxy 2

With the new game coming, we only have a few snips of information here and there, and as we all know, just because something is released as a trailer doesn't mean any of what they showed us is actually going to be in the final product of the game . . . so predictions or things you'd like to see in SMG2?

Personally? I'd love to see a return of the Shroobs! How cool would it be to get a reference from the Mario & Luigi games in the new Galaxy adventure? An alien invasion! I am a little surprised that, with all the intersteller travel, we didn't even get as much as an Easter Egg involving the already established hostile alien invasion of the Mario universe, so I'm hoping that maybe this time, instead of another Bowser invasion, we get a full on Shroob Alien Invasion instead!

Well, we're in outer space anyway, and Bowser's already failed at taking over the universe once, it would only make sense, and be an awesome throwback to the Mario & Luigi games if the Shroob homeplanet was planning on finally taking their revenge for the defeat they suffered back when Mario and Luigi were babies.

The final battle/Galaxy could be the Shroob home planet itself, you know, as a neat twist, if they really wanted to get created, it was revealed that Bowser had Spoiler Below

cryogenetically frozen many fo the invading Shroobs including the Princesses

, maybe, like in Galaxy stole Peach's castle, the Shroobs would instead steal Bowser's castle for revenge and get access to the chamber, plus it would give the Shroob's possible access to the Koopa Troops as enemies in the game. And possibly Bowser as an ally!

After having his sanity shattered by being saved by himself in the first Galaxy, Luigi becomes the final boss.

Luigi as a final villain has been done!

This time let's make Yoshi the final boss! He eats a black hole star and transforms into a giant Black Hole Yoshi and threatens to suck up the entire galaxy!

Idea behind that is that Yoshi is one of the only main characters not to play the final villian or be taken over by something evil, Bowser, Luigi, and Peach all have! It could be really cool too, Yoshi could swell up to planet size and you have to stop him from inadvertingly destorying the entire universe!

Still think he was no match for the Shadow Queen, but, they should try something new.

Maybe references to SMW2, since this looks to be in the same vein--more of a direct in-engine sequel.
