She's a third-year student at the University of Goom and studies under Professor Frankly. She joins up with Mario at the very beginning of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door when Mario rescues her from Lord Crump and his X-Naut hordes. Functionally, she takes the place of Goombario from the original Paper Mario, using her Headbonk ability in combat and her Tattle ability to provide Mario with information about different characters and places. As far as Goombas go, Goombella is apparently quite a looker. Male Goombas want her, and female Goombas want to be her. Many characters (including some who aren't even Goombas) throughout the game comment on her cuteness. If you were ever curious about Goomba standards of physical beauty, then wonder no longer. According to Nintendo, Goombella is evidently a 9.95 out of 10 on the hotness scale. |

Hell, I use her for everything. She's my favorite partner, and freaking awesome. If she uses Charge, she's effing strong. __________________ /人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\ WON’T YOU BECOME A MAGICAL GIRL? |

I recall an instance where I forgot to Tattle one of the exclusively Glitzville-bound competitors after reaching number one and I then had to intentionally lose repeatedly (as well as blatantly ignoring the objectives) in order to drop ranks to reach those unrecorded bastards again. Felt bad, but I did it. Also, Tattling was the first thing I did in boss fights. No going to Frankly's trash can for me. I also preferred Goombario. |

I didn't play PM:TYD sadly, not yet anyway, I do remember I never bothered to used Goombario, I always ended up using Bow, so not sure if I'd use Goombella if I ever play it. | |
