Favorite Villain (besides Bowser)?

Who is your favorite villain in the Mario series (besides Bowser)? I'm leaning towards either Count Bleck or Dimentio.

I'd have to say Count Bleck. I know I've already said it before, but basically just because he was one of the most fleshed-out and tragic villains in the entire series.

It's right in between blue and black. It could go either way.
