What about mountain themed (Choco Mt, Yoshi's Valley, etc.)?

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Falling into deep water is not cool.

Vanilla Lake and Koopa Beach get my vote merely for their BGMs.

Yep. If not for that, it'd pretty much be the most boring track ever. :/

Roadway, Desert, Rainbow.

I love driving around with other cars on the roadways. I think it's fun.

And rainbow road is just awesome, no matter which one it is.

Deserts, however, I have a special love for, because Dry Dry Desert is from one of my absolute favorite games, and because Kalamari Desert was my third favorite course in MK64.

Oh, and Choco Mountain deserves mention too, for being awesome.

Don't tell me you didn't like to break away from the race to see what was down those railroad tracks.

I was really disappointed they were so lazy there weren't any secrets there. At least there was the castle in Toadstool's level.

THESE RAILROAD TRACKS SHOULD BE SMOOTHER

Even more disappointing is that it makes for a really terrible shortcut.

Also, another BGM.

I like Rainbow Road and Bowser courses, as I laugh malevolently whenever other people fly off the track on those. And often I take all the freaky shortcuts.
