King Boo down below

This is a mario Sunshine level in the "Sirena Beach" Level and it is HARD AS CRAP. I dont die but I cant ever seem to figure out how to beat king boo, all I know is that he doesn't like spicy foods, but it doesn't matter how many peppers I throw at him HE DOESN'T DIE!!! ARRRRGHHH! If somebody could help me out on this one, PLEASE DO! I need help real bad with this.

After feeding King Boo a pepper, throw another piece of fruit at him to actually cause damage.

That board would have been sweet if it was the same King Boo that was in Luigi's Mansion. Oh well, it's still pretty neat.
