OMG!!!! I just realized after playing Paper Mario that the koopalings should have been in it! I mean, come on, 7 star spirits, 7 lands, 7 bosses, 7 koopalings...SEE A PATTERN? But noo.....Nintendo had to put in these dumb bosses!! Has Nintendo completely forgotten those little koopas, or what?

What do you most Mario fans want.

</font>
 • Mario & Luigi...IN THE SAME GAME</font>
 • Stomping on things or batling things in some way fighting like way</font>
 • The Koopa Kids</font>
What do we get?

</font>
 • Mario & Luigi in serperate games platform games on consoles</font>
 • Cleaning Up Grafiti, including spraying the grafiti monster in the mouth with impossible aim</font>
 • That stupid Baby Bowser</font>

I hate these people who are constantly bagging on Super Mario Sunshine! Sure it wasn't the best but atleast give it a chance! Plus the Koopalings were retarted.

If they're retarded, what does that make Baby Bowser? He can't even string together a sentence correctly.

OMG!!! YO'RE ABOSLUTLY RITE!!! LET"S HAV NINTENDO REUSE OLD KARECTERS INSTED OF BEENG ORIGINAL!!!

Seriously, the seven koopalings have too much alike, and it was better that Nintendo made new characters that fit the theme of each world to be the boss.

Also, the Ninjakoopas and Jr. Troopa both P\/\/N3D the Koopa kids.

Not really. Every boss that was there fit the stage's theme perfectly. Heck, even King Goomba was better than sticking a Koopa Kid in there.

Thumbs up

Paper Mario had some kickass bosses man! You don't know what your talking about, heh.

Koopa Bros, Tutankoopa, General Guy, and Jr. Troopa(he just wouldn't give up, heh) were all mentioned. Then Lava Pirhana, Crystal King...

At least they were being original and not just reusing.

If the Koopa Kids were present, and absolutely unchanged, I'd wonder why they didn't seem to be aging (I dunno 'bout M and L)

They were awesome in their day, certainly, but you know me. I like innovation. SMS was one of the more different Mario games to come out in awhile.

If I'd had to just stomp Koopalings instead of bloating Petey or ripping of the Giant Squid's tentacles, or racing Il Piantissimo, I'd have been dissappointed in SMS.

I, for one, though SMS was sweet. It's just, it suffers from SMW Syndrome: A mere technological upgrade following a massive super brilliant hit (SMB3 vs SM64). They'll hit gold again when they do something else original.

^It was the same technology, too.
The main reason people wanted the Koopalings is to replace Junior, not the other bosses.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I meant that SM64 was on the N64 and Super Mario Sunshine was on the Gamecube, Therefore it had larger-sized levels, more memory capability, better graphics and sound, more stuff going on at any given time...

It only proves you need more than just more polygons and larger levels to make a smash-hit game. Ya gotta keep it new.

Mario games seem to go "Big hit, small hit, big hit, small hit." SMB, SMB2, SMB3, SMW, SML2 (SML hardly counts, but it was a pretty big game), YI, SM64, SMS. By order, if they put effort into this next one and use some real new tricks, we'll be set to be blown away.

Hee hee. Can't wait. *wriggles*
