That is the Edit button, use it if no one has posted after your post to change it and add on a new message. Don't post two times in a row. This is just a friendly warning, because others will be much harsher than this in letting you know about the Edit button |

Lycos, I'll e-mail you sometime in the future when I can (a lot of the time, I can't go online due to the fact that everyone else in my house is usually on so I'm sorry that I haven't posted in a while). These characters that I've added to the Star Fox part deal with an inner conspiracy on the Cornerian planet. These characters are all stationed on the Eastern part of Corneria which is why their names are... odd. I know it doesn't seem to fit, but I thought I might try something new anyway. I tried RPGMaker a long time ago, but it was far too limited and I couldn't get the battle system nor the commands I had in mind, so I disbanded it and didn't restart this project of mine until now. I'm going to try to use C++ or something to that effect... I am doing a LOT of the graphical stuff myself so you really don't have to worry about it (although some help would be nice). I've already completed Cless, Chester, Mint, Klarth, Arche, Dhaos, Colette, Raine, Celsius, and Yggdrasil's battle sprites already and have started on Mario, Luigi, Goombella, Koops, Geno, Vivian, Stalfos, and Kuros (from Wizards&Warriors). Thanks for the tip about VGmusic. I really appreciate it. |

They may sound a little...off but, your trying to put music from a videogame on the computer. And for fake battles put the musicfrom final fantasy x-2 with the song called "Leblanc's Battle (2)"on. Anyway, I would like to know what monsters and bosses people would most want to see from ANY Nintendo game (as long as the game started as a game and nothing else; no licensed crap - NO Lord of the Rings, NO Star Wars, NO Dragon Ball Z - it sounds kind of mean, but I have to make a ruling somewhere or else I'll be buried). The exception to this rule is Fire Emblem since it's a Nintendo franchise. |

Good games take months of effort, and that's even when the creator has lots of game experience. And it's pretty clear that you don't have that. This RPG will never come to pass. Perhaps you'll finally realize that the whole "game" thing is beyond you and produce a crappy CYOA fanfic. But that's as far as you'll go, and I doubt you'll even reach that far. |

Get some programming experience. And if you still want to make crap like this, you can. You just will probably not want to after learning why it's such a bad idea. |

If I've done this much in half a week, I think it's safe to say that I'm on a role. I've also made miscellaneous sprites of King Zora, Link, Ruto, Sonic (and friends), Gibdo, and Cave Demon (blue and green versions). I've also done the entire battle system font, Tails text face variations, and all emotion balloons. So I've done fairly well graphics wise by myself. But in the way of programming, I am learning, so there's really nothing alarming. I've apologized to you once about screaming at you irrationally. I do NOT need to apologize for having a set goal for myself. I won't break into another shoutfest with you (since that IS awfully immature), so stop trying. From now on, I WILL ignore your replies (although I WILL read them, I just won't answer to them). I just don't understand why you wouldn't accept my previous apology... |

As for apologizing... what for? Your little tantrum was amusing instead of hurtful. If I have any animosity towards you, it's because of what you've done against intelligent thought and not what you've done against me. (Roughly translated: I don't like you because you're an idiot and not because of what you've said to me.) You can't start at nothing and then take on a big project like this. You need experience. Go work on a bunch of smaller programming projects and once you know how much work these things take and how to do them you won't look like such an complete moron when you talk about them. Or, even better, you'll wisen up and work on a much better idea. |
