The next Mario+Luigi game should be them teaming up with Wario+Waluigi.

Fits the patter, the first was just Mario & Luigi, then they join forces with their Baby selves, then their Arch Nemesis.

Their evil Doppelgangers are the next logical step.

And why not make the whole thing a homage to the Mario Land-Wario Land saga? Include Tatanga as the main villain. And include Daisy in some capacity.

Mario RPG often have a Pirate themed story for the 5th Chapter, so Captain Syrup and her crew can easily be written in.

Heck with how large a cast an RPG can wind up having they could finally put the WarioWare Inc gang in a legit game. I can see Count Cannoli being written in as well.

Why hasn't Nintendo thought to write Count Cannoli into the WarioWare storyline? He owns a Corporation, so he could make a logical business rival for Wario's.

Leave the Gun, take the Cannoli.

Waluigi is one of things it's popular to hate online like the Star Wars prequels, but I don't care, If Luigi hadn't been so screwed over for so long Waluigi would have been with Wario from the start.

Waluigi is a dumb idea. There were plenty of good SMB characters and enemies left over to source for lame sports games, but they had to go and say "HEY WAT ABOUT THE GREEN MARIO HE DOESNT HAVE AN EVIL TWIN"

It's like they commissioned a 4 year old consultant or something. Besides, if that's how it's going to be then they need an evil Toadstool and Toad.

This seems like a really great idea. Only a terrible person like a hypocrit would dislike it, cause they liked it those other times we did it. At least, I think that's what that word means.

It was illogical not to have a Luigi doppelganger with Wario, cause having Luigi is part of who Mario is, it's called Super Mario Bros, now Mario Bro.=toadstool=Toad=ect.

Heck, that could be the plot of a game. A machine makes evil clones by appending Wa+ to the name. Mario accidentally falls inside and creates Wamario, who then proceeds to cause mischief until Wabowser and her Wakoopatroopas save the day. Yes, Bowser's evil twin is female, and she's actually good.
