NEW FORUM GAME

Time for a new forum game.

To play the game, you read the character named in the previous post. You then post another character from the Mario series (it can be a unique character [i.e. Mario], or a common foe or friend [i.e. Goomba]) that shares some trait with the last one. Be sure to mention what that trait is in your post.

Let's say I start with Naval Piranha. From there, you could pick Megasmilax or Jumping Piranha Plant, since they're all Piranha Plants. Or by extension, you could pick Pokey or Panzer, since they're all plants. You could also pick Raphael the Raven or Baby Bowser, since they're all bosses in Yoshi's Island. You could go with Dry Bones or Reznor, because they're all found in a castle. You could choose Centipede or Spike Top, because they all have spikes. And so on, and so forth.

Here's an example:
Post #1: Klepto.
Post #2: Eyerock. (They're both found in Shifting Sand Land.)

Try to be creative. Don't move from Character X to Character Y because "they both walk", or "they both breathe oxygen", or "they both appear in Mario games". Also, try not to name a character that's already been named in the thread.

I'll start off: King Boo.

You don't have to post a picture, but pictures are cool.

Koopa Bros., because they both like to attack from a Bowser suit.
