Deathmatch #5: Boom Boom vs. Reznor

Welcome to another enthralling Deathmatch! This week's match is between two of Bowser's meanest minibosses.

In the orange corner is the flailing fists of fury, Boom Boom!

Appearances: Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario 3D Land
+ Found within fortresses, airships, battleships, and tanks.
+ Attacks by swinging his fists madly.
+ Can sprout wings and attack from above, or retreat into his shell and carom around the room.
- Killed by jumps to the head, fireballs, hammers, or boomerangs.

And in the tan corner is the fearsome fire-breathing dinosaur, Reznor!

Appearances: Super Mario World
+ Found within fortresses.
+ Attacks by spitting fireballs.
+ Comes in groups of four.
+ Is a freaking Triceratops.
- Killed by hitting the platform they're standing on from below.

Those are the players in the game. Who will be the winner?

Well, Reznor has the numbers advantage, so I pick him.

Here's an idea for a Deathmatch: Croco vs. Popple.

yeah the number advantage is good, and i don't see boom boom being able to jump up the platforms that well

Reznor all the way. Boom Boom is just obnoxious, especially in Mario 3D Land (how are we abbreviating that? M3D? 3DL?)

Sorry Boom-Boom, but I'm gonna have to vote Reznor. Although he has half the appearances of Boom-Boom, Reznor has more capabilities than Boom-Boom, and, in my opinion, looks cooler.

Aw, at least Boom Boom learned new tricks, whether it was jumping high, or adding obstacles to his room, or spouting wings.
Every single fight with the Reznor was exactly the same.
