Thumbs down Regarding Samus's Zero Suit

I'm kinda pissed about it. What's this crap about moving faster, anyway? Samus can run fast enough to melt through walls in her power suit. >_<

Arrow I'm willing to overlook it on that account.

I guess the marketing wanted more smexy characters, and Samus in a skin-tight suit ranks very high on the Fleish-Kincaid smexiness scale.

I don't like the suit that much, but the concept brings up interesting gameplay. I dunno, I just hope they didn't ruin one of my favorite characters by doing this.

But as you guys may've noticed, there's no speed booster in the Smash games (say Bunny Hood & I cut you). She certainly hasn't been slow in the last 2 games, but she's also got Fox, Sheik, & Falcon (and I think Pikachu) outrunning her. I think Zero Suit's going to be in their speed class.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Well, the zero suit form is apparently used only after the final smah of regular samus.

Yeah, this is true. And the cool thing is, in order to master Samus, you have to master 2 completely different playstyles.

Zamus is looking pretty cool, but my only hope is that they make her accessible in some way other than the Final Smash.

What's wrong with the Bunny Hood? Too out of control?

^No (well, yes, but that's not the point), the thing is that it's an item for everyone, not just a speedup for Samus.

Thumbs up

I found the concept of throwing pieces of the Power Suit at others hilarious.

Zero Suit Samus is clearly not a remake of original Samus, but a prequel.

It is pretty awesome, but this whole thing reminds me of Louis and Louis EX from Little Fighter II. Little Fighter 2 Official Website
