Who here thinks Luigi, jigglypuff, and the others will return?

There's no way Luigi will return. I mean, really, anyone who thinks that he will is a moron.

Heh, I'm predicting Luigi and the other veterns will appear. Luigi will most likely appear as an unlockable, as in past games. I'm guessing the Capt. will be a starter, but with the possibility of Ness being unlockable...I don't know.

We don't even know if Ness is out yet. We'll have to wait and see. I'm doubting there would be two Mother characters avaible from the start.

I don't think Ness is being replaced; it makes sense to me that all of the starting characters from SSB have been unveiled, yet none of the secret ones have.

That said, removing Luigi or Cap'n doesn't make any sense. Jigglypuff removed, I'm okay with.
