In one of the videos, they showed her Final Smash, which is turning back into Samus. So yes, Zero Suit Samus DOES have a FS.

Oh, that rocket hammer type move was just a regular?

Either way, Captian Falcon, or Ganondorf. But of your choices, probably Zelda. Sonic's is most likely Super Sonic, and that would be cool to see, but it's predictable. I can't say for certain what Zelda's is.
