Pretty much no. Usually only characters with some kind of additional flight capability beyond their normal jump sequence (Samus [Bomb jumping], Jigglypuff [Pound flying], Mewtwo [Shadow Ball recoil], Peach [floating], Link [blowing yourself up gets vertical lift & a second Spin Attack], Meta Knight, Pit, Charizard [gliding, gliding, & gliding, respectively]) can pull that sort of stuff off regularly.

Metaknight isn't overpowered why did you even suggest that

he has like no killing moves and hes only slightly heavier then kirby

recovery or no you can knock him all the way off at like 100%

if you want to ban someone for recovery ban pit, Christ that guy is annoying

(not suggesting a ban)
