As to how awesome every character is now? I hated the Ice Climbers in Melee, but now they're pretty cool. I also thought Snake was going to suck, but erm, no.

Thoughts?

Ditto. In melee I totally picked favorites, but in this game I'm having fun playing practically everyone.

DeDeDe may have a chance of becoming my main, but aside from that, I'm playing everyone equally. Yse.

I haven't found a character I absolutely suck wit yet. Except for maybe Mario; he never did play my way. But I still enjoy playing him.

I love the fact that SSE allows you to choose from a multitude of characters for each stage. This way you don't get completely stuck if you hate just one of them.

Olimar is as every bit of awesome I as I thought he would be--but yes, the balance this time around is a lot better. At least now, anyway--no real metagame yet.

OK, just kidding. Pit and Zero-Suit Samus are officially two of the most badass people evar.

The rest are awesome too, and I find it great I'm actually playing EVERYONE. But these two pwn.

Haven't gotten a chance to get through the SSE yet, but I'm close to Snake. So far Olimar, PT and Metaknight have to be my favorites right now, and Lucas is close.

They were always pretty cool. You just never opened your eyes to them

(Ok, I'll admit that the ice breath got better. But other than that, they're pretty much the same...aside from how their standard smash got a little weaker.)

I still don't like Lucario(despite his "Guts" style ability), but that's because I'm used to play Mewtwo, so I constantly am on a mindset with him, making it very hard for me to play as him.

I like the rest though, although it's hard for me to play as King DeDeDe. I fought Bowser with him and had to use a live on him...on easy! I guess he's too slow for my tastes.(yes, he's a bit slower than Bowser in Melee...and weaker, I guess.)

D3 is pretty strong, you just have to get used to his timing, I got my ass kicked as him a couple of times, but once I got used to his timing, it was over.

Character 35 is still my favorite though.

did you play bowser in melee? DDD is faster attack speed wise then bowser in brawl, let alone melee. aside from the side smash I mean.
