I lol'd. I've heard that used, and I've used it once (albeit sarcastically).

My excuse has been used by me when I got hit with the Dragoon, missing the dodge roll entirely. It was true, though. It just sounds stupid.

This is why in official tournies if someone's using a Tether Recovery, Ledge Holding would be banned to be fair. This is also why I don't like Tether Recoveries. Sure, you can set it up in Tournies, but what can you do against those damn computers(who are way too smart anyway).

um what, itsn ot going to be banned in tourneys dude, ZSS has a differrent recoverry, Ivysaur has charizard and olimar completly kills everyone anyway. In addition saur and olimar have projectiles for ledge knocking action.
