Lost tracks?

Apparently some tracks were left out of SSBB. I wonder if they were in the Japanese version. Here they are:

Pretty nice. I just that half of the Sonic songs on the game weren't main themes(Live & Learn, Open Your Heart, and so on. Okay, Super Sonic Racing and Sonic Boom, or atleast SB are full versions, so...). Where's my SA2B battle theme?(or the two remixes in Shadow The Hedgehog, the ultimate source of Sonic songs)

Am I the only person who hates "Live & Learn"?
...Well, no, I'm not, the other people I've played Brawl with hated it, too. I've set Green Hill Zone so its own theme & Scrap Brain are the top 2 songs, and the stuff with lyrics got dropped.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

The forest maze song was gonna be in brawl? That does speculate towards a possible Geno appearance.
