How do you extract the pics from an SD card? I tried and all it took off was about 3,000,000 KB worth of BIN files.

I'm pretty sure there's a program that can convert them to JPGs. You'll have to Google it.

What I'm wondering though is how to transfer files from an SD card to your computer. Do you need some kind of USB adapter?

All you need is
-A SD Card
-A SD card reader that you plug into the USB port
-This program

Connect the SD card to your computer. Go to My Computer and open the SD Card's file. Then, go to

private > wii > app > RSBE > al

All of the picture files are there. Use the program to convert them to computer-readable jpgs.
