Takes some timing, though. It tried it when I first faced Tabuu, and managed to dodge the first one, only to be quickly owned by the next two.

You'd be surprised how many people don't even know how to do it. Case in point: Chunky.

Sidestep-dodging I think is actually harder because of the timing. It takes longer to do the sidestep, and that puts you at a disadvantage for the second and third halos.

I was able to actually do the spot-dodge today in Boss Battles. Once you suffer the hard way and beat the final boss, play Tabuu in Boss Battles for good practice. On easy, the halos only do 40% damage instead of 120%.

I've seen a Video with someone Roll-Dodging the "Circles of Death". A lot. Once at 1:10, again at 2:30, again at around 3:40, and again at around 5:00.

Be Amazed. I sure was.

Okay, I was able to dodge the bull****cles of doom and death yesterday on Hard Boss Battles. I still died because I came in at 90%. (Screw you, Porky.)
