Max Combo

It says I need to perform 400 of these in training. Just what is a "Max Combo." -CSM

You have to chain together 400 hits with any single character.
Is that one of the glass window challenges? If so, I recommend just using a hammer.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

^Yeah, it is, but I was gonna save my hammers for stuff like beating Boss Battles on intense difficulty because I don't want to have to deal with Tabuu's super spread-his-wings and release shockwaves attack. I also want to save them for stuff like beating target smashes within a time limit and 10 alloys in cruel brawl. How many hammers do you get anyway (question mark) -CSM

You can't use a hammer for Boss Battles on Intense.

...how saddening. D:

I remember I got it by knocking a bowser down into a custom stage's spike pit with a disappearing/reappearing block over it and then leaving it idle for a while. Or something like that.

Well it looks like beating Tabuu is impossible unless you know how to exploit glitches. -CSM

Spot dodging is not a glitch. Stop assuming that everything involving Smash Bros. is all about "glitch exploiting."

Yeah, the sidestep really isn't an "advanced technique" or anything. It was in the stinking How to Play video for Melee (I haven't watched the How to Play for Brawl yet).

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Spot-dodging the waves of peril is actually not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. You just need good timing.

It's his other moves that get me.

Spot dodge dude. Tabuu reinvented the telegraph, all his attacks are piss-easy to avoid.

Now, Rayquaza on the other hand...

Any, heres how to get a 400 combo.

Choose a character with a hold a for alot of punchs attack.

Choose a stage with a wall.

Put enemy against wall.

Hold A.

Spot dodging counts as a glitch in my book. So does air dodging or anything like that. -CSM

Dodging is not a glitch, nor is air-dodging. Both were intended to be put in the game. Eh.

I don't think that was a serious post.

At least... I hope not.

Single player it isn't about glitch exploiting.

In tourney play they call glitch exploitation "advanced techniques".
